Job Description
We are seeking a highly experienced
Senior SAP Central Finance (CFIN) Consultant with strong expertise in
SAP FICO to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing and supporting SAP CFIN solutions and working closely with clients to drive finance transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end implementation of SAP Central Finance (CFIN) solutions.
- Integrate source systems (SAP ECC, S/4HANA, or Non-SAP) with CFIN using SLT and AIF.
- Analyze and map business requirements to SAP CFIN and FICO functionalities.
- Collaborate with functional and technical teams to ensure smooth data replication and reporting.
- Design and configure FICO processes, including GL, AR, AP, Asset Accounting, and Cost Center Accounting.
- Support Master Data Governance (MDG) alignment and Central Payment configuration.
- Troubleshoot issues and provide solutions for ongoing support and enhancements.
- Work with stakeholders to define best practices and develop strategic roadmaps for CFIN adoption.
Requirements
- Minimum 8+ years of SAP experience, with at least 2 full lifecycle CFIN implementations.
- Strong functional background in SAP FICO (FI/CO) modules.
- Experience with SAP SLT, AIF, and MDG tools.
- Good understanding of Central Payments, Universal Journal (ACDOCA), and intercompany postings.
- Familiarity with integration scenarios between SAP and non-SAP systems.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- SAP Certification in FICO or CFIN is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior consulting experience with global clients.
- Knowledge of S/4HANA Finance innovations.
- Exposure to SAP BTP, Group Reporting, or SAC (Analytics Cloud) is an added advantage.
