Role: Sr. SAP BTP(Business Technology platform) Migration

Location: Chennai, Gurgaon, Kolkata, Pune, Mumbai, Hyderabad, and Bangalore

Duration: Full Time

Work Mode: Hybrid ( 4 days office 1 days remote).

Working hours2 PM to 11 PM IST

Job Description:

1. Lead, Develop and maintain integrations between SAP SuccessFactors and target systems using SAP BTP Integration Suite / CPI.
2. Expertise in SuccessFactors integrations including OData APIs, SuccessFactors data models, and experience with modules such as Employee Central, Recruiting, Performance Management, or Compensation.
3. Proficiency with integration protocols and patterns including REST, SOAP, OData, SFTP, JDBC, and implementation of synchronous/asynchronous messaging and batch processing scenarios.
4. Advanced data transformation skills using Groovy scripting, XSLT, or graphical mapping tools within BTP Integration Suite to handle complex data mappings between SuccessFactors and HANA.
5. Implement security, authentication, error handling, logging, and monitoring in integration flows.
6. Integrate data with SAP HANA/HANA Cloud tables or staging layers for reporting and analytics.
7. Perform data mapping, transformation, validation, and routing based on business rules.
8. Support unit testing, SIT, UAT, deployment, and production issue resolution.
9. Prepare technical specifications, mapping documents, and support runbooks.
10. Collaborate with functional, data, security, and platform teams to deliver stable integrations.
11. Bring strong experience in SAP BTP Integration Suite, SuccessFactors integrations, HANA, APIs, XML/JSON/XSLT/Groovy, and integration leadership
