What You Can Expect
The SAP Senior Ariba Analyst is a senior functional and technical contributor responsible for the design, configuration, integration, and support of SAP Ariba solutions that enable enterprise procurement, sourcing, and supplier collaboration. This role partners closely with Procurement, Finance, Supply Chain, and IT teams to deliver scalable, compliant, and high-performing Ariba solutions aligned with business objectives.
The role focuses on solution quality, integration reliability, and platform optimization and operates without direct people-management responsibility.

How You'll Create Impact
Ariba Solution Design & Configuration
- Design, configure, and support SAP Ariba modules to meet enterprise procurement and sourcing requirements
- Lead functional design workshops and translate business requirements into system configurations
- Maintain solution alignment with SAP best practices and enterprise architecture standards
Integration & Data Enablement
- Lead and support integrations between SAP Ariba and ERP systems (e.g., SAP S/4HANA, ECC)
- Support Ariba Cloud Integration Gateway (CIG) and interface troubleshooting
- Partner with middleware and ERP teams to ensure reliable, secure data flows
Testing, Deployment & Production Support
- Lead functional testing, support UAT, and validate production readiness
- Act as a senior escalation point for complex Ariba issues and defects
- Perform root-cause analysis and implement long-term corrective solutions
Governance, Compliance & Optimization
- Ensure Ariba solutions comply with procurement policies, audit, and regulatory requirements
- Support SOX controls related to procurement and supplier management
- Identify opportunities to optimize sourcing, contracting, and supplier collaboration processes
Collaboration & Mentorship
- Partner with Procurement, Finance, and Supply Chain stakeholders
- Provide guidance and informal mentoring to junior Ariba analysts
- Contribute to documentation, standards, and best practices

Your Background
Preferred Qualifications
- 5+ years total SAP procurement technology experience
- Experience supporting global or multi-region procurement organizations
- Experience in regulated or SOX-controlled environments
- SAP Ariba certifications (preferred)
- Experience working in Agile or hybrid delivery models

Education And Experience Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 69 years of experience supporting SAP Ariba solutions
- 6+ years in a senior analyst or lead functional role
- 6+ years supporting production Ariba environments in enterprise organizations
- Experience delivering complex, cross-functional procurement technology initiatives
