Job Description

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Strong functional and development experience in two or more of the following: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud FSL, RMA, Experience/Communities Cloud, and CPQ
  • Experience in Zoho or similar support ticketing system
  • Hands-on experience in the Salesforce deployment process, including source control management, change sets, Workbench, and other deployment tools
  • Proven ability to handle multiple simultaneous projects and clients
  • Good experience in Salesforce integration (SOAP and REST) with third-party systems
  • Experience in data exporting and importing using Import Wizard, Data Loader, and Workbench
  • Experience in data migration using Data Loader and Data IO tools
  • Strong work experience in Visualforce pages, Apex Classes, Salesforce configuration, and Salesforce customization

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
  • 8+ years of experience as a Salesforce Lead and Support Engineer or similar role
  • Proficiency in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud FSL, RMA, Experience/Communities Cloud, and CPQ
  • Strong hands-on experience in Visualforce, Apex, Salesforce configuration, and customization
  • Experience in data migration using Data Loader and Data IO tools
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
