What You'll Do
- Design, develop, test, document, and deploy scalable, enterprise-grade Salesforce solutions aligned with business objectives and industry best practices.
- Translate business requirements into robust technical architectures and implementation strategies.
- Lead technical design sessions, create solution blueprints, and ensure alignment with customer goals.
- Own and drive Salesforce architecture decisions, integrations, and performance optimizations.
- Work closely with Salesforce and internal teams to:
- Design and implement CI/CD pipelines
- Promote deployment automation and engineering best practices
- Mentor and guide team members through code reviews, design discussions, and technical coaching.
- Actively participate in Agile (Scrum) ceremonies with a strong focus on iterative and test-driven development.
- Proactively communicate risks, dependencies, and improvement opportunities to leadership.
Requirements
What We're Looking For
Experience & Expertise
- 4+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
- Proven expertise across:
- Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud
- Salesforce Platform and AppExchange-based implementations
- Deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, APIs, and governor limits.
Technical Skills
- Strong expertise in:
- Apex (Triggers, Classes, Async, Web Services)
- Lightning Web Components, Aura, Visualforce
- SOQL, Flows, Process Builder, Workflows
- Experience with Lightning design principles, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and server-side components.
- Strong experience with Salesforce integrations (real-time, batch, sync/async patterns).
- Hands-on experience in:
- Data governance, security models, and migrations
- Source control, CI/CD, and SDLC best practices
Certifications
- Salesforce Platform Developer I (Must Have)
- Salesforce Platform Developer II (Must Have)
- Additional Salesforce certifications are a plus.
