Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Salesforce Technical Architecture.
Lead, collaborate with, and manage the team to ensure high performance and successful delivery.
Take ownership of technical and team-level decision-making.
Work closely with cross-functional teams and contribute to key architectural and strategic decisions.
Design and deliver effective solutions for challenges within the team as well as across multiple teams.
Facilitate knowledge-sharing sessions to strengthen team skills and technical capabilities.
Mentor and guide junior team members to support their professional development and growth.

Must-Have Skills

Strong proficiency in Salesforce Technical Architecture.
In-depth understanding of software development methodologies and industry best practices.
Hands-on experience with Salesforce integration patterns, tools, and techniques.
Proven ability to design scalable, secure, and maintainable software architectures.
Solid understanding of cloud computing concepts and services.
