About The Role

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Salesforce Developer to design, develop, and optimize scalable Salesforce solutions across Sales, Service, and platform capabilities. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in Apex, Lightning technologies, integrations, Flow automation, and enterprise-grade Salesforce implementations.

The ideal profile aligns with candidates having strong experience in:

  • Salesforce platform development
  • CPQ / Revenue Cloud Advanced (RCA) implementations
  • Lightning Web Components (LWC)
  • Integration architecture
  • Flow-based automation
  • Enterprise Salesforce optimization and refactoring
  • Production support and deployment activities
  • Client-facing communication

Key Responsibilities

Salesforce Development & Customization

  • Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable Salesforce solutions using:
    • Apex
    • Lightning Web Components (LWC)
    • Visualforce
    • SOQL/SOSL
    • Salesforce APIs
    • Flow & Process Automation
  • Build reusable and maintainable components following Salesforce best practices.
  • Develop custom UI components and business workflows to support business operations.
Platform Optimization & Architecture

  • Refactor triggers, workflows, and automation for scalability and optimized order of execution.
  • Consolidate legacy automation into modern Flow-based solutions.
  • Eliminate hardcoded references and improve maintainability of codebases.

Integrations

  • Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce and third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
  • Work with external billing, analytics, ERP, or customer service platforms.

Sales & Service Cloud Expertise

  • Implement and enhance Sales Cloud and Service Cloud capabilities.
  • Support lead-to-cash processes, order provisioning, case management, and customer service workflows.
  • Configure Omni-Channel routing, queues, and skill-based assignments where applicable.

  • Strong expertise in:
    • Apex
    • Lightning Web Components (LWC)
    • Salesforce Flow
    • Visualforce
    • SOQL/SOSL
    • Salesforce APIs & Integrations
  • Hands-on experience with:
    • Sales Cloud
    • Service Cloud
    • CPQ / RCA
    • Data Loader
  • Experience in trigger optimization and Salesforce governor limits handling.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce security model and sharing architecture.
  • Familiarity with deployment processes and CI/CD practices.
Soft Skills

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong ownership mindset and delivery focus

Preferred Qualifications

  • Salesforce Platform Developer I Certification
  • Salesforce Platform Developer II Certification
  • Salesforce App Builder Certification
  • Additional Salesforce certifications are a plus
