Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior Salesforce CPQ Integration Specialist to design, develop, and manage enterprise-grade integration solutions between Salesforce and external systems. The ideal candidate will serve as the technical lead for Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services (IICS), ensuring seamless data synchronization, high-performance integrations, and data integrity across a multi-cloud ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
Integration Architecture & Development
- Design and implement end-to-end integration solutions using Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services (IICS), including Cloud Data Integration (CDI) and Cloud Application Integration (CAI).
- Develop and maintain integrations using Salesforce REST, SOAP, Bulk, and Streaming APIs.
- Build scalable integrations between Salesforce and enterprise platforms such as SAP, Oracle, Snowflake, and AWS.
- Create mappings, task flows, schedules, and orchestration processes for data synchronization.
Technical Strategy & Governance
- Define and implement integration patterns including Request-Reply, Publish/Subscribe, Fire-and-Forget, Batch Processing, and Change Data Capture (CDC).
- Develop robust error-handling frameworks with automated alerts, retries, monitoring, and reconciliation processes.
- Ensure secure integrations using OAuth 2.0, JWT authentication, SSL/TLS, and encryption standards.
- Establish best practices for integration governance, security, and compliance.
Performance Optimization
- Optimize Informatica mappings and workflows for high-volume data processing.
- Enhance Salesforce SOQL performance while adhering to governor limits and API consumption thresholds.
- Design event-driven architectures using Salesforce Platform Events and Change Data Capture (CDC).
- Troubleshoot and resolve integration bottlenecks to improve scalability and reliability.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Experience
- 7+ years of experience in Data Integration and Enterprise Integration solutions.
- Minimum 4+ years of hands-on experience with Informatica IICS/PowerCenter and Salesforce integration platforms.
Salesforce Expertise
- Strong understanding of Salesforce CPQ, Revenue Cloud, and Salesforce Data Model.
- Hands-on experience with Apex Integration Services, Outbound Messaging, Platform Events, and Salesforce APIs.
- Experience integrating Salesforce with external enterprise applications.
