Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sr Sales / Sales Engineer – Pune Maharashtra. We are looking for a selfdriven, smart and hardworking candidate with proven experience and passion for selling technology solutions to customers in pune. The incumbent will be responsible for sales activities such as customer visits, product demonstrations, and presentations to potential customers and will provide technical assistance to customers as well as follow-up support. The candidate must develop and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers. The selected candidate will be based in pune and will be responsible for entire business of pune while being an integral part of a rapidly growing European MNC in India.

What we are looking for

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or relevant field. Experience in sensor industry would be preferred but not mandatory.

• At least 3 years experience in field sales, preferably in industrial sensing and measurement technology fields.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

• Experience with technical sales of sensor, measurement, or automation products.

• Ability to understand and communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Ability to identify new opportunities and develop strategic plans for sales growth.

• Experience in CRM systems will be an advantage.

• A passion for customer satisfaction and building long-lasting, profitable relationships with customer.

• Fluent in English, Hindi, and Marathi languages

• Willingness to travel extensively in and out of the territory.
