Role Purpose:
The Sr. Sales Coordinator ensures smooth execution of all post-order activities by coordinating between Business Development, Legal, and Operations teams. The role focuses on accurate documentation, timely coordination, and compliance with internal processes to support successful project closures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Documentation and Compliance
- Maintain Artha Central for project activity tracking
- Prepare and upload proposals, EPC, O&M, and Admin Purchase Orders
- Collect client documents for KYC post project win
- Ensure NDAs, EPC agreements, O&M agreements, PPA agreements, and vendor registration forms are executed correctly from a commercial perspective
- Ensure proper onboarding of clients on the Artha Central platform coordination
- Follow up with the Design team for final drawings and client approvals
- Schedule internal and external kickoff meetings with internal and client teams
- Coordinate with Business Development, Legal, and Operations teams for agreements and approvals
- Liaise with the Accounts team to raise Proforma Invoices and share them with clients
- Review client Purchase Orders to ensure alignment with proposals
- Ensure complete handover of customer order details to the project team
Key Performance Indicators:
- Completion of sales-related project tasks within defined timelines
- Error-free execution of tasks and documentation
- Accuracy of data provided for legal agreements
- Turnaround time for providing data and resolving legal queries
- Consistency and accuracy in MIS and reporting
