Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Client Acquisition & Management: Identify and acquire new clients; maintain strong relationships with existing clients.

Sales & Negotiation: Provide product solutions, negotiate contracts, and close sales to achieve targets.

Support & After-Sales: Offer after-sales support, troubleshoot issues, and assist in custom product development.

Market & Sales Analysis: Analyse market trends, sales data, and report findings.

Collaboration & Training: Work with the sales team, support marketing events, and provide training to enhance team knowledge.

Marketing Support & Event Representation: Support the marketing team by attending trade shows, conferences, and other promotional events to generate leads and brand awareness.

Training & Development: Provide training and produce support materials for the sales team to enhance their technical knowledge and sales skills.

Qualifications:

1.Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering Sales, or a related field.

2.Experience: 2-5 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related role, preferably in a technical field.

Skills:

Strong technical understanding and ability to explain complex concepts to clients.

Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant sales tools.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Soft Skills:

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Attention to detail and focus on exceptional customer service.

Self-motivated and goal-oriented.

Adaptable to changing environments and client needs.

Fluent in English, Gujarati, and Hindi.
