Job Description -
- He/she will be responsible for real estate sales, revenue strategies, marketing, training. The Prime role is to sell medium to high end luxury residential & commercial projects. The role involves around to build and preserve trusting relationships with our premier customers.
- Doing site visits, creating a research report as per the need of clients and suggest clients the perfect project for their requirement.
- Excellent leadership, customer service. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Analytics driven skills and ability to understand and act according to the key parameters such as conversion rate, leads to meetings, meetings to site visits ratio.
- Polished, Well-Groomed, pleasing personality - He/she has to find ways to achieve their monthly target and maintain our company's positive image.
- You will be responsible for generating sales within assigned focus projects
- Liaising between customers and the company for up-to-date status of service, pricing, and new product release launches.
- High on ethics & integrity
- Acquire new customers to sell luxury projects & extract pocket share from existing customers around new projects
- Focus on Portfolio Management of HNI clients by offering them high end properties & chart out a plan for a swift exit.

- Graduates & MBA in Sales & Marketing
