About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Tele sales Manager to lead our tele sales operations across Banglore and multiple locations of South. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing large sales teams (80+ associates), excellent leadership skills, and a proven ability to drive performance using data insights and sales metrics.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Lead and manage telesales teams across multiple locations
Drive sales targets and ensure high team productivity and performance
Monitor daily/weekly/monthly performance metrics and take data-driven decisions
Design and implement sales processes, scripts, and campaigns for various products/services
Collaborate with training and quality teams to ensure consistent performance and development
Motivate and mentor team leaders and associates to achieve KPIs
Prepare and present reports, forecasts, and insights to senior management
Use CRM tools and dashboards to track progress and identify improvement areas
Drive hiring, training, and onboarding of telesales associates as needed
Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in tele sales or inside sales preferred, with 3+ years in a managerial role
Proven experience managing large teams (80+ associates) across multiple locations
Strong analytical skills; ability to make data-backed decisions
Hands-on experience with sales CRMs and performance dashboards
Excellent communication, leadership, and people management skills
Strong problem-solving ability and a result-oriented mindset
Bachelor's degree required; MBA is a plus.
Preferred experience in FinTech, Insurance, or BPO sectors
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
Fluent in English and regional languages
