About the RoleWe're looking for a Sr.Sales Manager to drive our growth across India's restaurant market. You will own revenue targets, run the complete sales cycle, and acquire mid-market & enterprise restaurant groups across QSR, casual dining, fine dining, and high-growth cloud kitchen brands.
This is a high-velocity role requiring strong outbound motion, deep understanding of restaurant operations, and the ability to close multi-outlet deals.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Revenue- Own the India revenue quota for our digital ordering product suite
- Acquire multi-outlet brands (10+ stores) through targeted outbound and consultative selling.
- Run the complete sales process: prospecting discovery demo proposal negotiation closure.
- Maintain high win rates in competitive scenarios.
Pipeline & Market Development- Build and maintain a strong pipeline via LinkedIn outreach, referrals, events, and industry circles.
- Identify high-potential segments: QSR chains, cloud kitchens, regional F&B groups, and franchise networks.
- Conduct field visits and market mapping to identify decision makers (owners, COOs, operations heads).
Product & Solutioning- Deliver compelling product demos across ordering, loyalty, CRM, POS integrations, and inventory workflows.
- Understand store-level operations: KDS, billing, aggregators, prep flows, raw material management.
- Work with product teams to provide structured feedback based on customer needs and deal patterns.
Account Management- Manage smooth handover to onboarding and CS teams to ensure successful go-live.
- Maintain relationships with key accounts to drive upsells (loyalty, CRM, inventory add-ons, analytics).
- Track customer milestones and intervene early on potential churn risks.
Brand & Ecosystem Presence- Represent the company at India food-service events, meetups, distributor networks, and POS partner channels.
- Build strong partnerships with consultants, POS vendors, aggregators, and franchise operators.
Who You Are- 37 years of B2B SaaS or hospitality-tech sales experience in India.
- Experience selling to restaurants, retail chains, franchise networks, distributors, or F&B brands.
- Strong track record of beating quotas in fast-moving markets.
- Solid understanding of Indian restaurant workflows across dine-in, delivery, and cloud kitchens.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Comfortable with 3050% travel to meet customers across multiple cities.
- Hustler mindset ability to run high-volume outbound with strong closing discipline.
