Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Sales Executive based in Karnal. The role involves developing and maintaining strong client relationships, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets. The candidate will coordinate with the marketing team to support promotional activities, provide product demonstrations, and address client inquiries. Additionally, the role will require preparing sales reports, analyzing market trends, and collaborating with the team to implement effective sales strategies.

Qualifications

• Proven skills in Sales, Business Development, Client Relationship Management, and Lead Generation
• Experience in Market Analysis, Negotiations, and Closing Sales
• Strong Communication, Presentation, and Interpersonal Skills
• Ability to work independently and within a team, with a focus on achieving sales goals
• Proficiency in using CRM software, MS Office, and other sales tools
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Experience in the laminates, panels, or building materials industry is an advantage
