Role Description The Sr Sales Executive will be responsible for driving student admissions and enrollment growth by actively promoting G S Shetty International School's programs and value proposition to prospective parents and guardians. This full-time, on-site role in Mumbai will involve managing lead generation, conducting school presentations and campus tours, and responding promptly to admission inquiries via phone, email, and in-person meetings. The Sr Sales Executive will maintain accurate records of prospects, track conversion metrics, and support the development and execution of marketing and outreach campaigns, including events, school fairs, and community engagement activities. The role will also collaborate closely with academic and administrative teams to ensure a smooth admissions experience and provide timely feedback from the market to refine sales strategies. Regular reporting, competitor analysis, and contribution to branding initiatives will be key aspects of the day-to-day responsibilities.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or admissions, preferably in the education sector or service-based industries.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with parents, students, and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage leads, maintain accurate documentation, and use basic CRM or spreadsheet tools for tracking and reporting.
  • Demonstrated skills in negotiation, relationship management, and customer service, with a focus on meeting enrollment targets ethically and transparently.
  • Comfort with conducting on-site meetings, school tours, and events, including occasional work on weekends or peak admission periods.
  • Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, Education, or a related field; a postgraduate qualification is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of the ICSE curriculum and the local education landscape in Mumbai is beneficial.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and organized, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
