Sone India is seeking a dynamic Sr. Sales Executive to drive business growth in the assigned region for our Aluminum Formwork Solutions. This role is pivotal for identifying and securing new business opportunities in the construction and infrastructure sectors, building strong client relationships, and managing the entire sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth in the assigned region.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities in the construction and infrastructure sectors.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, developers, and project managers.
• Manage the sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the design and operations teams to provide tailored solutions to clients.
• Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to potential clients.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities.
• Ensure timely follow-ups and maintain accurate records of sales activities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, civil engineering, or a related field.

Skills & Requirements:

• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Strong understanding of the aluminium formwork or construction industry.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.
