Your role
Responsible for driving sales, market expansion, and customer engagement for Oil-Free Products and Size II Oil Injected Screw Compressors in the Central South region. The role manages direct sales, channel partners, and technical-commercial support to achieve revenue goals.
- Promoting & Selling the Oil free Products (Oil Injected Screw Compressor)
- Focus on replacement business on Oil Injected Screw, Dryer, Filters
- Improving the Sales and increasing the Market Share in given Territory.
- Business from Channel Partners to be handled.
- Interacting and collaborating intensely with other business lines, Zonal Team. Training of indirect distribution sales channels
and keep track on Indirect business in given Territory.
- Supporting with project specification, Product Positioning and pricing based on segments for green field and Brown field
projects in given Territory.
- Conducting market analysis to identify new opportunities, market price and competitor activities to increase market share.
- Keeping Existing Customers Satisfies and focus on retaining the customers.
- Manage channel partners, including training and indirect sales monitoring.
- Prepare proposals, conduct presentations, and support project specifications.
- Identify new opportunities via market analysis and competitor tracking.
- Coordinate installation and handover with CTS team.
- Maintain accurate reporting: monthly reports, II Track, Air Scan updates.
To succeed, you will need
- Technical Degree - B.E, Master's degree in business is an added advantage* Should have relevant minimum 3-6 years of sales experience in Hyderabad Region / Compressor Product / Capital Goods and having good product / Application knowledge on compressed air solutions* Good IT skills, and desire to learn and adopt new systems.
- Knowledge areas/Skills: Value selling, Negotiation skills, Building Relationships, Self-motivated, Sales execution skills.
- Good commercial and technical competence.
- High motivation to win business and high sensitivity to customer needs
- Self-motivation and Ability to work as part of a team.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Local Language.
- Self-starter and motivator with a committed approach to meeting the goals of the division
- Strong business understanding and good knowledge of competitors products and activities.
- High level of initiative in problem solving solution provider to the customer and post-sale support.
