With expertise in compressed air treatment, SANPAR offers products such as refrigeration and desiccant based compressed air dryers, compressed air filters, air/gas after coolers, moisture separators, and condensate management systems. SANPAR also specializes in water/oil/air chillers and industrial air conditioning systems, including dehumidifiers and precision air conditioners for sterile and environment control applications. The company actively participates in government projects related to Aerospace & Défense concepts.

Roles & Responsibility:

  • Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients, industries, and competitors.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to penetrate and expand market share.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Identify and engage with key decision-makers within target organizations.
  • Possess in-depth knowledge of our Compressed Air Dryer products, Chillers and their applications.
  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to clients, showcasing the benefits and features.
  • Set and achieve sales targets in alignment with company objectives.
  • Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline, tracking progress and updating management regularly.
  • Provide technical support to clients, addressing inquiries and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to relay customer feedback and contribute to product improvement.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market trends.
  • Generate regular reports on sales performance and present findings to the management team.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
  • Proven experience in field sales, preferably in the industrial equipment sector of 3-10 Years.
  • Strong technical aptitude with the ability to understand and articulate complex product features.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
