Key Responsibilities
1. Business Development & Sales
· Identify opportunities in segments like commercial buildings, hospitals, pharma, data centers, and infrastructure projects.
· Build relationships with:
o MEP consultants
o HVAC contractors
o Builders and developers
· Generate enquiries, follow up, and convert into orders.
· Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
2. Technical Evaluation & Proposal
· Study tender documents, BOQs, and HVAC drawings.
· Perform equipment selection and basic heat load understanding.
· Prepare:
o Technical submittals
o Compliance statements
o Techno-commercial offers
· Ensure products meet project specifications (ISHRAE/ASHRAE standards where applicable).
3. Consultant & Contractor Interaction
· Get product approvals from consultants.
· Provide technical presentations and value engineering suggestions.
· Handle objections and align specifications to company offerings.
4. Project Tracking & Execution Support
· Track projects from enquiry quotation negotiation order closure.
· Coordinate with internal design, factory, and logistics teams.
· Follow up for payments as per milestones.
5. After-Sales & Relationship Management
· Maintain long-term relationships with key clients.
· Support installation teams when needed.
· Generate repeat business and references.
Required Qualifications
· B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering
· 6–10 years of experience in HVAC sales or application engineering
· Experience in air-side equipment (AHU/FCU/FAHU preferred)
Key Skills
· Knowledge of HVAC systems and air distribution
· Basic understanding of psychrometrics and heat load concepts
· Ability to read AutoCAD drawings and BOQs
· Strong follow-up and negotiation skills
· Vendor and consultant handling
