Role Summary:
We are looking for a results-oriented Sales Engineer/ Assistant Manager /Manager to lead business development efforts within the HVAC and cooling tower market segment. The role will focus on driving growth through direct sales to large end-users and by developing a strong network of channel partners across the region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a regional sales strategy targeting commercial buildings, industrial plants, and institutional clients using HVAC and chilled water systems.
- Build and maintain relationships with consultants, HVAC contractors, MEP firms, facility managers, and developers.
- Identify, recruit, and develop channel partners and distributors in assigned regions to expand market presence.
- Promote CET Enviro's non-chemical condenser cleaning and sustainable water treatment systems, focusing on ROI and operational benefits.
- Conduct client meetings, technical presentations, and system walk-throughs to support solution design and sales closure.
Requirements:
- 5 to 12 years of B2B sales experience in HVAC, water treatment, or energy efficiency solutions to Industries/ Institutions.
- Strong technical understanding of HVAC systems, cooling towers, chillers, and building services preferred.
- Experience in developing and managing channel partners and distribution networks.
- Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.
- Experience using CRM tools and reporting sales KPIs.
- Science/ Engineering graduate with MBA preferred.
- Willing to travel across the assigned area.
