Role & Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end recruitment lifecycle: source, screen, interview, and close senior-level roles across client verticals in India.
  • Build and maintain a high-velocity talent pipeline using LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, and direct sourcing techniques.
  • Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, assess fit, and negotiate final offers with candidates.
  • Present qualified candidates with precision, using data-driven insights to position them as strategic hires.
  • Track KPIs (time-to-hire, fill rate, candidate satisfaction) and optimize outreach & conversion strategies weekly.
  • Represent Evarastaffing at industry events, career fairs, and client site visits to strengthen brand presence.
