Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sr Sales Associate role based in Bengaluru North. The Sr Sales Associate will manage the end-to-end sales cycle, including prospecting, lead qualification, property presentations, and deal closure. Responsibilities include meeting prospective clients, understanding their requirements, recommending suitable residential and commercial properties, and conducting site visits. The role involves negotiating pricing and terms, preparing basic proposals, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure accurate documentation and smooth transaction processing. The Sr Sales Associate will maintain regular follow-ups with leads, update the CRM with accurate data, and work toward monthly and quarterly sales targets. The role also includes staying updated on local real estate trends, inventory, and competitor offerings to provide informed advice to clients.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 6 months to 1 year experience in real estate mandatory.

  • Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills, with a track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to build trust with diverse clients.
  • Ability to conduct property site visits, explain project details clearly, and handle client queries effectively.
  • Comfort with using CRM tools, basic MS Office applications, and digital platforms for lead management and follow-ups.
  • Good understanding of real estate concepts, local Bengaluru North market dynamics, and property documentation basics.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented approach, with the ability to work under time and target pressures.
  • Prior experience in real estate sales or related field (financial services, high-value B2C sales) is preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline is preferred; relevant certifications in real estate or sales are an advantage.
