Description:
We are looking for two skilled IAM professionals to be deployed onsite in Navi Mumbai, responsible for onboarding applications to RSA Governance & Lifecycle (G&L), managing workflows, and supporting application integrations. The role requires strong technical understanding of IAM concepts, APIs, and hands-on experience with RSA G&L or similar IAM platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Onboard and integrate enterprise applications with RSA G&L
- Configure, manage, and update workflows within the IAM platform
- Understand application APIs and support integration processes (REST/SOAP, connectors, etc.)
- Collaborate with application owners and stakeholders for onboarding and access requirements
- Troubleshoot integration and workflow-related issues
- Ensure adherence to security and compliance standards
- Required Skills & Experience:
- Hands-on experience with RSA Governance & Lifecycle (or similar IAM tools like Saviynt, SailPoint, etc.)
- Strong understanding of IAM concepts (JML, Access Requests, Access Reviews)
- Experience in API-based integrations (REST/SOAP)
- Knowledge of workflow configuration and management
- Basic understanding of identity governance, provisioning, and role management
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in enterprise IAM implementations
- Relevant IAM certifications are an added advantage
