Job Description
Responsibilities
- Lead staffing allocations across local projects, ensuring alignment with PMO and Delivery priorities.
- Review and refine resource forecasts and capacity plans.
- Monitor utilization, identify gaps or underutilization, and recommend corrective actions.
- Facilitate staffing meetings and resolve resource conflicts in real time.
- Develop and maintain accurate reporting on resource metrics and utilization trends.
- Improve RMO processes, tools, and automation to scale effectively.
- Partner with stakeholders to ensure staffing decisions balance project delivery, financial goals, and consultant development.
- Build strong partnerships with regional PMO and Delivery leadership.
- Optimize staffing strategies to balance utilization, project demand, and resource growth.
- Drive proactive actions to resolve potential bottlenecks or shortages before they occur.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership on resource strategy and professional services delivery.
