We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical
Research Analyst with 2 to 4 years of experience to join our team. This role involves conducting in-depth research across domains such as
Mutual Funds (MF), immigration policies, and education loans, and translating findings into accurate, insightful technical content for various audiences. The ideal candidate will have strong research, data analysis, and writing skills, along with an ability to break down complex topics into digestible formats.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough secondary research on mutual funds, global immigration processes, and education loan markets.
- Track industry trends, regulatory updates, and emerging opportunities in the fintech and education finance sectors.
- Produce clear, well-structured technical content including blogs, whitepapers, reports, infographics, and internal knowledge documents.
- Collaborate with product, marketing, and compliance teams to ensure accuracy and relevance of research content.
- Interpret financial and policy-related data to derive insights and actionable recommendations.
- Maintain and update content repositories to reflect the latest information and trends.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, Finance, Public Policy, or a related field.
- 24 years of experience in a research, policy, financial services, or technical writing role.
- Strong knowledge of mutual funds, immigration policies, and/or education finance is highly desirable.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple research topics concurrently.
Good To Have
- Experience working in fintech, edtech, or consulting domains.
- Familiarity with SEO writing principles and digital publishing tools.
- Exposure to data visualization tools or basic financial modeling.
