Job Description
- Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end Power BI dashboards and reports to support business decision-making
- Must have experience working on ITSM tools like SNOW, Remedy etc.
- Respond to ad hoc inquiries from internal and external stakeholders and help with extracting data to create reports in PPT, Excel and other related templates.
- Complete all internal and client-driven reporting/analytic requests
- Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques, and provide ongoing reports
- Suggest and make changes in existing processes and metrics measures to increase efficiency & effectiveness. Automate & simplify processes for reporting, measuring, and tracking metrics.
- Engage with stakeholders to increase data-driven decision-making.
- Gather and understand business requirements and translate them into effective reporting solutions
Create informative & actionable reports which highlight relevant business process inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement.
