Location: Kirti Nagar, New Delhi

Working Days: Monday to Saturday (2nd & 4th Saturdays off)

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Senior Recruitment Specialist to join our team in Kirt Nagar, Delhi. The ideal candidate will have 0.3–2 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and managing candidate relationships. You will play a critical role in ensuring we attract and hire the best talent for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for clients across various industries.

• Source candidates using job portals, social media platforms, referrals, and internal databases.

• Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic/video interviews to assess candidate suitability.

• Coordinate and schedule interviews with clients and follow up regularly.

• Maintain strong relationships with candidates throughout the hiring process to ensure a positive experience.

• Work closely with client HR teams and hiring managers to understand job requirements and hiring needs.

• Prepare job descriptions and postings as needed.

• Maintain recruitment reports and candidate databases accurately and consistently.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline (HR or related field preferred).

• .0.3 - 2 years of recruitment experience in an agency or consulting environment.

• Strong understanding of the recruitment lifecycle and sourcing techniques.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to manage multiple positions and prioritize effectively.

• Proficient in MS Office and familiar with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
