Job Summary
We are looking for a Senior Recruitment Specialist with strong experience in Non-IT staffing. The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise in sourcing, team handling, and client coordination, especially for Automotive, Engineering and Manufacturing clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for Non-IT requirements
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, and references
- Manage and mentor the recruitment team
- Coordinate directly with clients for requirement gathering and delivery updates
- Work on bulk and niche hiring for Automotive and Manufacturing clients
- Screen, shortlist, and schedule candidates
- Ensure timely closures and maintain hiring quality metrics
Requirements
- 3–8 years of experience in Non-IT staffing/recruitment
- Prior experience working with staffing companies is mandatory
- Strong sourcing and stakeholder management skills
- Experience handling Automotive and Manufacturing clients
- Good communication and team management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Skills
- Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn, and other sourcing platforms
