Key Responsibilities:
Understand client requirements and job descriptions received from Saudi-based employers.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, internal databases, and field recruitment drives.
Screen and shortlist candidates based on technical skills, experience, and client specifications.
Conduct preliminary interviews and coordinate technical or client interviews (virtual or in-person).
Prepare and manage candidate documentation resumes, passport copies, trade test results, and medical fitness reports.
Coordinate with visa processing and travel departments to ensure smooth mobilization.
Maintain regular communication with overseas clients to update on recruitment status and candidate progress.
Ensure compliance with Saudi labor laws and Ministry of External Affairs (India) Emigration guidelines.
Maintain an active talent pool for frequently required categories.
Participate in job fairs, trade tests, and recruitment campaigns across India.
Prepare recruitment reports, candidate trackers, and MIS updates for management.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in any discipline (MBA/PG in HR preferred).
Minimum 36 years of experience in overseas recruitment, preferably for Saudi Arabia or GCC countries.
Strong knowledge of overseas recruitment procedures, visa categories (Block Visa, ECR/ECNR), and Saudi hiring regulations.
Proficiency in using job portals (Naukri Gulf, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.) and candidate databases.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to handle high-volume recruitment and meet tight deadlines.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Familiarity with POE (Protector of Emigrants) process and emigration clearance will be an advantage.
