Role Description The Sr. Recruitment Manager will lead end-to-end talent acquisition activities, including workforce planning, job design, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection for multiple functions. This full-time, on-site role is based in Jammu and involves partnering closely with business leaders and HR teams to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. The individual will manage recruitment processes, oversee vendor and agency relationships, maintain recruitment metrics, and ensure compliance with company policies and relevant employment regulations. The role also includes improving employer branding, enhancing candidate experience, driving onboarding coordination, and mentoring junior recruitment team members to support organizational growth.
Qualifications
  • Demonstrated experience in end-to-end recruitment management, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS), HR databases, job portals, and professional networking platforms for talent acquisition.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with hiring managers, leadership, and HR partners.
  • Solid understanding of pharmaceutical or healthcare industry hiring practices and role requirements (preferred).
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with a focus on candidate experience and employer branding.
  • Ability to analyze recruitment data, track key metrics, and make data-informed decisions to improve hiring effectiveness.
  • Proven capability to lead and mentor recruitment teams, prioritize multiple mandates, and deliver within agreed timelines.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Knowledge of relevant labor laws and compliance requirements for recruitment and onboarding.
