Job Title – Sr Recruiter (with IT & Non IT hiring experience)

Location: Bengaluru, India (Work from Office)

About the Role:

We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Talent Acquisition leader to drive hiring across both technical and non-technical functions.

The role requires deep expertise in Behavioral Event Interviewing (BEI), proven stakeholder management skills, and the ability to deliver with speed and agility in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and execute the end-to-end TA strategy across tech and non-tech functions.
  • Partner with senior stakeholders to understand workforce plans and translate them into hiring strategies.
  • Deliver high-quality hires at scale, ensuring agility and responsiveness to business priorities.
  • Implement structured interview practices, with BEI as the core methodology.
  • Mentor and grow a high-performing TA team.
  • Drive initiatives in employer branding, market intelligence, and talent pipelining.
  • Track, analyze, and report TA metrics to leadership.

Requirements:

Must Have:

  • 5-6 years of progressive TA experience (with 1-2 yrs Campus hiring exp), with a mix of tech and non-tech hiring.
  • Proven success in managing senior stakeholders and influencing business decisions.
  • Hands-on expertise in BEI (Behavioural Event Interviewing) – certification strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver results with speed and agility.
  • Track record of measurable impact in prior TA leadership roles.
  • Reporting expertise (MIS)

Good to Have:

  • TA/HR certifications in interviewing, sourcing, or analytics.
  • Experience in employer branding or recruitment marketing.
