Talent Acquisition Role @ Hevo:

As a Senior Recruiter, you can be a game changer in building the Go-to-Market teams at Hevo. If you're someone who has a passion for finding top talent, networking with them, and providing the right platform for them to grow in their career, then this is the opportunity you have been looking for.

Own Talent Acquisition Targets:

  1. Develop a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy to meet quarterly/half-yearly/annual hiring targets for the GTM Team
  2. Partner with business leaders from Sales, Marketing, Founder's Office, Analytics, etc. to deeply understand their talent needs. Define job scorecards for key roles across each department elaborately and accurately. Some examples of key roles:
  3. Sales: Account Executives, Sales Development Representatives, Sales Managers
  4. Marketing: Performance Marketers, Product Marketers, Content Writers
  5. Founder's Office: Program Managers, Program Directors
  6. Analytics: Data Analysts, Analytics Managers
  7. Build internal capability to hire managers and leaders across the business teams and difficult-to-fill roles

Recruitment Process Excellence:

  1. Own end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection
  2. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
  3. Continuously track and improve key recruitment metrics like yield ratio, time to offer, offer-to-join ratio, Candidate NPS score, etc.
  4. Ensure selection processes are time and effort efficient for all stakeholders

Talent Attraction:

  1. Leverage social media, job boards, and other channels to attract top talent
  2. Generate referrals from internal team-mates as well as external mediums to expedite hiring
  3. Proactively build a strong network and talent pool for future hiring needs

What are we looking for

  1. 6+ years of experience in managing end-to-end recruitments for go-to-market functions like Marketing, Sales, Strategy, etc
  2. Aspiring to step up into a people management role in the next 24-36 months
  3. Experience in SaaS/IT industry (preferred, not mandatory)
  4. Data-driven problem solver
