We are seeking a Senior Real Estate Sales Representative for a full-time, on-site position at our Gandhinagar location. You will be responsible for managing sales activities, engaging with clients to understand and meet their real estate needs, and providing strategic guidance on property investments. Key tasks will include conducting property tours, negotiating deals, building long-lasting client relationships, staying up-to-date with market trends, and ensuring an exceptional customer service experience. You will work closely with internal teams to align efforts with the company's sales objectives.

• Proficiency in Real Estate operations, including Real Property and Real Estate transactions
• Proven experience and strong ability in Sales and Customer Service
• Possession of a valid Real Estate License
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Keen understanding of local real estate market dynamics
• Proven track record of sales accomplishments in real estate or related industries
• Ability to work on-site in Gandhinagar and effectively manage client relationships
