What You'll Do
- Architect and build cross-platform mobile applications using React Native
- Lead mobile projects from planning through App Store/Play Store submission
- Implement native modules and bridge integrations when needed
- Set up CI/CD pipelines for mobile builds and OTA updates
- Mentor junior developers on mobile best practices
- Collaborate with UX designers and backend engineers on API design
- Ensure app performance, accessibility, and offline-first capabilities
What You Bring
- 4+ years experience with React Native in production
- Published apps on both App Store and Google Play
- Strong JavaScript/TypeScript fundamentals
- Experience with native modules (iOS/Swift or Android/Kotlin)
- Knowledge of mobile CI/CD (Fastlane, EAS Build, CodePush)
- Familiarity with state management (Zustand, Redux, React Query)
Bonus Points
Experience with Expo and EAS ecosystem
Background in native iOS or Android development
Knowledge of animations (Reanimated, Gesture Handler)
Experience mentoring junior developers
