We are hiring a Senior Quantity Surveyor & Billing Engineer for the Chennai location with 5+ years of experience in interior and construction projects. The candidate will be responsible for cost estimation, billing, and project cost control. Salary: Max 5.4 LPA.
Qualifications
- BE in Civil Engineering or related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in quantity surveying and billing.
- Experience in interior fit-out / construction projects preferred.
- Strong knowledge of BOQ preparation, measurements, and rate analysis.
- Proficient in MS Excel, MS Office, and billing documentation.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare BOQs, cost estimates, and rate analysis as per drawings and specifications.
- Handle client and subcontractor billing, RA bills, and final bills.
- Verify site measurements and work progress for billing accuracy.
- Monitor project costs, variations, and material reconciliation.
- Coordinate with site and project teams to ensure cost control.
- Submit timely billing and cost reports to management.
