Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and maintain quality control systems and procedures in accordance with ISO standards and company policies.
- Inspect incoming materials, in-process activities, and completed works to ensure compliance with project specifications and industry standards.
- Review construction drawings, material submittals, method statements, and test reports to ensure quality standards are met.
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to resolve quality-related issues.
- Lead site audits and inspections to verify conformance with quality standards.
- Monitor and report on the performance of the quality management system and suggest improvements.
- Mentor and guide junior QC personnel, fostering a culture of quality across the project team.
- Liaise with clients, consultants, and third-party inspectors regarding quality matters.
- Ensure corrective and preventive actions are implemented effectively.
- Participate in internaland external quality audits.
Required Candidature:
Education:
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
Experience:
- Minimum 10 YEARS of experience in quality control within the construction industry.
- Proven track record in large-scale infrastructure, commercial, or industrial projects.
- Familiarity with local and international construction codes and standards
Technical Skills:
- In-depth knowledge of quality inspection techniques, material testing, and construction practices.
- Proficiency in quality management software and reporting tools.
- Strong understanding of document control procedures.
Competence in reading and interpreting engineering drawings and technical specifications.
