Job Description

We are seeking a Sr. Quality Control Engineer to ensure product quality for real estate residential and commercial high-rise structures. You will be responsible for implementing quality assurance and quality control systems, carrying out quality checks on materials and workmanship, and ensuring conformance to all applicable codes. This role requires a professional with a civil engineering degree or diploma, working knowledge of MS Word/Excel, and a strong background in site laboratory setup and high-grade concrete mix designs.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Quality Assurance & Control: Implement and manage quality assurance and quality control (QA/QC) systems across all real estate projects.
  • On-site Quality Checks: Carry out quality checks on materials and workmanship at construction sites to ensure conformance to industry standards and applicable codes.
  • Material Testing: Apply knowledge of IS codes for construction and material testing. Be conversant with site laboratory setup and testing procedures.
  • Concrete Expertise: Utilize experience in high-grade concrete mix designs and testing.
  • Documentation & Reporting: Maintain working knowledge of MS Word/Excel for documentation and reporting purposes.

Skills Required

  • A Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized university or institute.
  • Experience as a QA/QC Engineer, with a focus on premium high-rise residential projects.
  • Knowledge of applicable IS codes for construction and material testing.
  • Conversant with site laboratory setup and testing.
  • Experience in high-grade concrete mix designs and testing.
  • Working knowledge of MS Word and Excel.
  • Good communication skills (verbal and written), organizational skills, and problem-solving abilities.
