Sr Quality Analyst + Writer

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manual Testing:

• Create and execute test plans, cases, and scripts.
• Perform functional, regression, usability, and exploratory testing.
• Log and track bugs using tools like Jira.
• Validate software based on business and technical specs.

1. Documentation:

• Write and maintain user manuals, guides, and release notes.
• Document internal QA processes and testing workflows.

1. Team Collaboration:

• Coordinate with QA, development, and product teams.
• Assist with UAT and support users during testing.

1. Process Improvement:

• Suggest product improvements and refine QA practices.

Required Skills:

• Strong manual testing experience (6+ years)
• Excellent documentation and reporting skills
• Proficient in Jira, Confluence, or similar tools
• Good understanding of web app testing across platforms
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Bonus: Exposure to automation tools or Agile environments
