Role Overview

Policybazaar is hiring a Quality Analyst for its Health Insurance Sales process. The candidate will be responsible for monitoring customer interactions, ensuring quality and compliance standards, and providing feedback to improve agent performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Audit Health Insurance sales calls and evaluate quality standards.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
• Provide feedback and coaching to improve agent performance.
• Maintain quality reports and identify process improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with Operations and Training teams to enhance service quality.

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Quality Analyst in a BPO, Contact Centre, or Health Insurance process.
• Fluency in Bengali is Mandatory.
• Good communication skills in Hindi and/or English.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Working knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel.

Education

• Minimum: 12th Pass
• Graduation preferred
