Sr. QA Tester

We are looking for a Sr. QA Tester to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in software testing and quality assurance, ensuring that our applications meet the highest standards of quality and performance.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for various applications.
• Identify, document, and track defects and issues using bug tracking tools.
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure quality standards are met throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Perform regression testing and ensure that software releases meet quality criteria before deployment.
• Participate in design and code reviews to provide input on testability and quality standards.
• Conduct performance and load testing to ensure applications function optimally under peak loads.
• Prepare and present test reports and metrics to stakeholders.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

• 5-10 years of experience in software quality assurance and testing.
• Proficient in automated testing tools such as Selenium, QTP, or similar.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and QA methodologies.
• Experience with performance testing tools like JMeter or LoadRunner.
• Knowledge of SQL and database testing.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
