Senior QA / Test Engineer– SaaS Platform
Location: Pune – KalyaniNagar
Shift Timing: 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM
Work Mode: Work From Office (5 Days a Week)

Role Overview
We are looking for a highlyskilled and detail-oriented Senior QA / Test Engineer tolead end-to-end quality assurance across web applications, APIs, AI-driven voice workflows, backend services, and cloud integrations.
You will play a critical role in ensuringplatform stability, reliability, scalability, and production readiness across all modules of the system.

Key Responsibilities
End-to-End Testing
- Design, execute, and maintain comprehensive end-to-end test plansacross frontend, backend, APIs, voice workflows, and data systems.
- Perform functional, integration, regression, smoke, and UAT testingacross multiple environments.
API & Backend Validation
- Test REST APIs and WebSocketservices built on FastAPI and Django using Postman, pytest, and automation frameworks.
- Validate backend workflows, data processing pipelines, and system orchestration.
Database & Data Validation
- Verify data integrity, transcript accuracy, and latency metricsin PostgreSQL and MongoDB.
- Ensure system consistency across distributed servicesand asynchronous eventflows.
Performance & Reliability Testing
- Conduct load, concurrency, stress, and failovertesting to validateplatform performance at scale.
- Identify bottlenecks and system-level issuesimpacting reliability and user experience.
Automation & CI/CD Support
- Develop and maintainautomation scripts usingSelenium, Playwright, and Python-based frameworks.
- Validate Docker builds,deployment configurations, and release readiness.
Collaboration & DefectManagement
- Track, manage, and prioritize defectsusing Jira, ClickUp,or similar tools.
- Collaborate closely with developers, DevOps,and product teamsfor faster issue resolution.
Documentation & Reporting
- Prepare detailed QA reports, defect logs, regression summaries, and releasesign-off documentation.
- Ensure test coverage and compliance with enterprise quality standards.
Required Skills& Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in QA engineering with strong exposureto backend, API, and system-level testing.
- Strong expertise in REST API and WebSocket testing.
- Hands-on experience with:
- Postman
- Pytest
- Selenium
- Playwright
- Python scripting
- Experience testing applications built on:
- FastAPI
- Django
- PostgreSQL
- Redis
- Kafka
- Familiarity with telephony/voice platforms such as:
- Twilio
- Telnyx
- Vonage
- Plivo
- Strong understanding of:
- STLC & SDLC
- Regression cycles
- Test case management
- Defect lifecycle management
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
Good to Have
- Exposure to AI-driven SaaS products involving:
- LLMs
- STT (Speech-to-Text)
- TTS (Text-to-Speech)
- Experience with observability and monitoring tools such as:
- Langfuse
- Prometheus
- Grafana
- Familiarity with:
- Dockerized microservices
- CI/CD pipelines
- AWS / Azure environments
- Understanding of enterprise security and compliance standards such as:
- HIPAA
- SOC2
