Job Description

We are actively seeking a highly experienced and strategic Senior QA/QC Specialist to join our client's team through Acme Services. This pivotal role is responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality across all projects and operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong capabilities in strategic quality planning, leadership, and team management, with a proven track record in project quality assurance, inspection, and testing. You'll be instrumental in managing non-conformances and risks, maintaining robust documentation and compliance, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Quality Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive strategic quality plans that align with overall business objectives and industry best practices.
  • Leadership & Team Management: Provide strong Leadership & Team Management, guiding and mentoring QA/QC personnel to achieve excellence in quality standards.
  • Project Quality Assurance: Oversee and ensure robust Project Quality Assurance throughout all phases of project lifecycle, from initiation to completion.
  • Inspection & Testing Management: Lead and manage all aspects of Inspection & Testing Management, ensuring thorough and accurate quality checks.
  • Non-Conformance & Risk Management: Proactively identify and manage Non-Conformance & Risk Management, implementing corrective and preventive actions to mitigate issues.
  • Client Liaison & Reporting: Serve as a key point of contact for Client Liaison & Reporting on quality matters, ensuring transparent communication and addressing concerns.
  • Documentation & Compliance: Maintain meticulous Documentation & Compliance records, ensuring adherence to all relevant regulations, standards, and internal policies.
  • Continuous Improvement Initiatives: Drive Continuous Improvement Initiatives within the QA/QC function and across projects, fostering a culture of ongoing quality enhancement.
