Role Overview
We are looking for a Lead QA Engineer to ensure high quality delivery of SaaS based HRMS products through strong manual and automation testing practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead manual and automation testing across releases
- Create and execute test plans and test cases
- Perform functional, regression, integration, and API testing
- Track and manage defects using JIRA or similar tools
- Collaborate with development and product teams in Agile sprints
- Mentor QA team members
Skills And Experience
- Ten plus years of software testing experience with three plus years in a lead role
- Strong manual testing skills with exposure to automation tools
- Experience in web, API, and database testing
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies and QA best practices.
