Scope:
- We are building a highly resilient, scalable, and world-class SaaS-based Transportation Management System (TMS) using modern technologies.
- To achieve this, We are looking for a Senior QA Engineer to strengthen our QA capabilities.
- This role is ideal for someone who believes in building quality early and driving automation-first testing practices.
What You'll do:
- Design, develop, and execute test strategies, test plans, and test cases for complex enterprise applications.
- Develop and maintain automation test suites using Robot Framework (mandatory).
- Perform API testing (functional and integration level) using appropriate tools and frameworks.
- Contribute to regression, integration, and end-to-end automation coverage.
- Collaborate closely with developers, product owners, and DevOps teams to identify, track, and resolve defects.
- Actively participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and sprint-level quality activities.
- Analyze test results, identify risks, and provide clear quality insights to stakeholders.
- Continuously improve QA processes, tools, and automation frameworks.
What We are Looking for:
- B.E / B.Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, or a related engineering discipline.
- 5-7 years of experience in Software Quality Assurance with strong hands-on ownership.
- Strong hands-on experience with Robot Framework for test automation (mandatory).
- Solid understanding of API testing concepts and validation techniques.
- Exposure to at least one programming or scripting language (Python, Java, or similar).
- Strong knowledge of test design techniques, defect lifecycle, and QA best practices.
- Working experience with SQL for backend data validation.
- Experience working in Agile development environments
Good to have skills:
- Experience with FitNesse or Playwright.
- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and automated test execution.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.
- Exposure to Supply Chain / Transportation Management Systems (TMS) or related domains.
