Job Description
Business Development
- To be responsible for the execution of regional strategy pertaining to OES
- Support to sales as well as operations
- Follow-up with customers and dealers to acquire orders.
- Follow-up and virtual meetings with key accounts to meet monthly targets and help them achieve targeted level of business with end customers, to achieve a business level in line with installed machine population base.
- Carry out Tele sales, mailer campaigns, and generate leads for Aftermarket products, timely renewals of Existing Service plans.
- Work on allocated leads, generate leads, analyse the installed base and customers, generate offers for: Sales of OES products to all potential customers.
- Experience of territory handling and good collaboration among the team.
- OES product support for quote creation through CPQ 2.O / C4C .
- Direct Sales order booking as allocated sales engineers.
- Dealers order booking through shop online (AC Connect) with the help of CSO.
- Good collaboration with the zonal planner and central planner
- Optimization plans renewal lead and conversion ratio
- OES leads and actions within 24 hrs
- Back-office support to all zonal CSOs / Proposal / Internal Sales Engineer
- Expectations of internal and external stakeholders for prompt actions on many queries
- RMA process and control with the help of CSOs
- Installed base and quality data management with Shiraj Shaikh and co-ordination with SSEs
- E-tendering and documentation support to zonal CSOs & SSEs.
- ACDC related cases and co-ordination with zonal team.
- OES sales customer complaints handling, if escalated due to any reason.
- Documentation (BG, PBG, SD, CPBG) work of Govt. customers and fulfil the compliances, which are marked to Pune registered office only.
- Optimization plan agreements and re-validation with legal & BC team for timely service payment collection.
- Functional location creation and machine shifting /creation
Customer Relationship
- Collect customer feedback on service (direct, indirect, and dealers)
- Analyse escalated customer-related problems and work with service to resolve them.
- Analyse factors causing dissatisfaction among customers.
- Review measures and take corrective action in coordination with Zonal Manager/ reporting manager.
- Seek support where required to enhance Customer Satisfaction IN ORDER TO enhance customer satisfaction.
- Maintain regular contact with all customers.
- Liaise with colleagues handling field Aftermarket sales to coordinate activities where appropriate and ensure that sales are obtained, and a high level of customer satisfaction is maintained.
- NPS follow-ups with the help of zonal CSO / Internal sales and sales team

- Must have a solid comprehensive of the compressor technique business, with proven sales and marketing experience in the compressor industry.
Experience Requirements
- Minimum 3-5 experience in sales/operations or relevant experience in with completion of existing mission of job/profile.
- Degree /Diploma in Engineering or graduation in any stream with focus on Skill set for business perspective and growth mindset.
