1. Promo Producer (English, Hindi)
Responsibilities:
- Think and conceptualise creative ideas for promos.
- Write scripts for promos, AVs
- Create detailed storyboards to execute promo & guide production.
- Coordinate, direct, and shoot promos.
- Oversee and assist in post-production, ensuring the final product meets high-quality standards.
- Execute small edits independently without relying on an editor.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Promo Producer.
- Strong conceptual and visual storytelling skills.
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite.
- Ability to manage projects from inception to completion.
- Technically sound with hands-on experience in video production and editing.
2. Promo Editor & Motion Graphics Designer
Responsibilities:
- Perform editing tasks to create engaging and polished promos.
- Ideate and shoot promos.
- Deep knowledge of Color Grading.
- Create motion graphics and compositing effects to enhance visual storytelling.
- Collaborate with the Promo Producer and 3D Graphics Designer to ensure cohesive promo delivery.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Promo Editor and motion graphics designer.
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong skills in motion graphics and compositing.
- Ability to ideate and execute creative promo projects.
- Excellent attention to design.
3. 3D Graphics Designer
Responsibilities:
- Ideate and create high-quality 3D graphics.
- Integrate and composite Green Screen Shoots, 3D elements into promos.
- Handle print work as well.
- Collaborate with the Promo Producer and Promo Editor to produce visually stunning promotional materials.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends and software advancements.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a 3D Graphics Designer & Compositor.
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, 3ds Max, or Cinema 4D.
- Strong creative and technical skills in 3D design, modelling, and compositing.
- Ability to conceptualise and execute innovative designs.
- Excellent attention to detail and time management skills.
