Job Title: Sr Project Manager
Role Description
The Project Manager leads and supports IT based projects from inception to completion for our Retail & Restaurant customers, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality and standards our customers expect.
Key Responsibilities
As a Project Manager, you will:
- Plan, manage, and deliver projects or Project workstreams assigned to you by Senior Project team.
- Utilise effective project governance, processes and systems throughout project life cycle.
- Coordinate internal teams, external suppliers/subcontractors, and customers
- Monitor project budgets, schedules, and resources
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and quality standards
- Prepare reports and progress updates for senior management
- Resolve site issues and implement corrective measures
- Act as the Single Point of Contact for projects assigned to you
- Communicate plans, actions, risks, and issues with key stakeholders
Skills & Experience
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in an IT or related industry for 7-10 years
- Strong leadership, planning, and organisational skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects & change in a fast-paced industry
- Demonstrated prior experience managing multiple hardware & software delivery projects
Qualifications
- Educated to Degree or HND/HNC level in Information Technology or a related field preferred.
- Project management certification (PRINCE2, PMP, or equivalent)
- Must be able to work in UK Shift.
