Responsibilities
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
- Develop and manage a detailed project plan, including tasks, timelines, and resources.
- Execute projects based on Agile Scrum methodologies, facilitating daily scrum meetings, sprint planning, and sprint reviews.
- Regularly communicate project updates, risks, and issues to stakeholders and provide timely solutions.
- Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and value delivery.
- Ensure that project deliverables meet the highest quality standards.
- Stay updated with the latest in project management best practices and Agile methodologies.
- Recommend improvements to processes and tools, driving efficiencies.
Requirements
- Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related.
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification is a bonus.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in managing large-scale software (Web & Mobile) development projects.
- Proficiency in project management software tools, such as Jira, Trello, etc.
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple small or medium-sized projects and priorities simultaneously.
