Roles Responsibilities
- Prepare Review Quality assurance plan (QAP) Attending pre-inspection meeting with
client and TPL.
- Conducting the Raw Material Inspection of Plates, Pipe, Flanges, Motors, Valves, brought out item,etc.
- Handled internal IFAT CFAT, checking agitator shaft, vibration, current, motor RPM etc.
- Knowledge of welding process GTAW etc.
- Welder qualification full filling requirement as per ASME STD
- Preparing WTP WPS as per requirement, with references to PQR
- Reviews all WTP, welding consumable documents from TPI
- Witnesses / monitoring fit-up, welding process. welding visual, NDT (
RT.VT. PT), pneumatic test, pressure test, PMI test,
- Coordination inspectors like BV, SGS, TUV, IRCLASS etc for inspection of jobs and get
certification.
- Supplier inspection,
- PDI inspection after read machined jobs.
